1. No Return, Exchange, Cancellation or Refund

All orders placed on Pragatis are final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been successfully placed, we do not accept requests for:

  • Exchanges due to size or fitting issues

  • Exchanges due to change of mind

  • Exchanges due to colour or appearance preferences

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

Although we take every precaution while packing your order, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us verify the issue, you may be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs/videos of the packaging received

  • An unboxing video, if available

  • Any other information requested by our team

The issue will be reviewed by our team and, if the claim is found to be genuine and attributable to an error on our part or damage during transit, we may provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.

3. Size & Fitting Issues

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to size, fitting or measurement issues.

Please carefully check the size chart and measurements provided on the product page before placing your order.

4. Product Colour & Appearance

The actual colour of a product may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website due to lighting conditions, photography, screen settings and the nature of the fabric.

Minor variations in colour, texture, embroidery or finishing that do not affect the overall quality of the product will not be considered a defect and will not qualify for return or exchange.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
